ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Kristy Carrod.
I’ve spent my career helping high-performing finance professionals unlock their full potential—from junior bankers learning the ropes to senior leaders managing billion-dollar transactions.
Over 20 years at CIBC, TD Securities and Scotiabank, I developed a reputation as a trusted internal advisor and coach to my investment banking and trading colleagues. Working side-by-side, I gained a unique perspective of their working life and was able to apply my active listening skills, talent management expertise, and results-oriented approach to help them address their goals and challenges.
From Internal Advisor to Executive Coach
It was the most natural extension from this experience to become a professionally trained coach and start my own coaching business, focused on the client group that I know so well.
Today, I work with clients in investment banking, private markets and asset management across Canada and the U.S., specializing in 1:1 leadership and team coaching programs for mid-level and senior leaders. My approach is results-driven and client-focused, ensuring leaders gain the clarity, confidence, and strategies they need to excel.
